Please pray for whistleblower ARNOLD McCARDLE, a good Scottish citizen. Mr
McCardle was unexpectedly granted his freedom by three senior judges in
Edinburgh today, thwarting the Crowns plans to have him forcibly injected.
Two supporters assisted Mr McCardle, severely weakened from years of
incarceration in Carstairs State Mental Hospital, to walk outside the court
to freedom. Once outside, three Carstairs security men attempted to abduct
him but the supporters intervened. The security men rang for police
assistance to facilitate the abduction. The supporters were overpowered and
Mr McCardle was bundled into an unmarked vehicle and, presumably, taken back
to Carstairs.

Urgent requests were made to relevant legal and political authorities, to
take immediate action against the abductors and protect Mr McCardle, without
success. A passing press reporter chose not to cover this crime.

We are all at risk and have no protection.

The first two addresses above ( not supplied) are for Carstairs State
Hospital and the Scottish Association for Mental Health. The association
has been kept informed of the treatment which was being meted out to Andy.

As many of you know he was released by three High Court judges on Friday 5
January 2003 and then seized by men who were believed to be security men
from Carstairs State Hospital but would be acting for a number of corrupt
police officers and lawyers acting for the Daniels brothers of Glasgow.
Members of the public released Andy. The security men called the police
who overpowered the rescuers and seized Andy who was handed back to the
security men who drove Andy away in an unmarked car.

Be assured that Andys life is at risk. Carstairs has a long record of
human rights abuses.

Special Police Officers from Northumbria Police in February continues to be
ignored by Downing Street and the Home Office who have been supplied with
details of the attempt. In the light of the above reports, Maurice, another
whistle blower, has need to worry that there may be another attempt made to
murder him. Like Dr. David Kelly who expected murder Maurice also came close
to that.

The UK rule by tyranny under Tony Blair is now a reality.
