Subject: Objective Impartiality Remli v France

Synopsis of Decision by the Social Security Commissioner, Ref: CS1/136/02.

Victor Duncan Appellant; Appeal From The Appeal Tribunal on a Question of
Law.

Victor Duncan appealed an Industrial Diseases Tribunals decisions on three
separate and distinct grounds: 1/ Findings of Fact; 2/ Bias (Subjective
Impartiality); 3/ Bias (Objective Impartiality).

The Commissioner found as follows: 1/ The Tribunal had ignored medical
evidence and had erred in law. 2/ The Appellant had failed to prove bias by
the Tribunal against him. 3/ The Tribunal had not taken measures to check
its impartiality with regard to Freemasonry and had erred in law.

The Commissioner ordered a new Tribunal to consider Victor Duncans case
afresh and ordered that as a preliminary issue the Tribunal must hear full
legal argument on the question of the Tribunals links with Freemasonry.

The Commissioner had found the Secretary of States refusal to address the
question of the Tribunals links with Freemasonry most unhelpful and
directed the Secretary of State to address the question of the Tribunals
links with Freemasonry at the new Tribunal by way of written submission.

See http://www.mason-rule.bizhosting.com for evidence of judicial and police
crime that is being protected by the police, the courts and the office of
Tony Blair. The ruling by the various authorities in Maurice Kelletts case
is proved by the above to have been wrong. However, they have allowed the
lie to continue where it almost ended in his death when his home was
illegaly possesed with the unlawful participation of Northumbria Police.
Serious crime carried out against Maurice by the Durham and Middlesbrough
County Courts was reported in full to 10 Downing Street. Up to the present
time, no action has been taken by that authority to right the wrongs done to
Maurice which suggests that they too are actively involved in the protection
of court and police crime. Just how much muscle does Freemasonry have over
the UK government?
