Bush, Rumsfeld, Cheney, Rice and Powell have all commited FELONY VIOLATIONS
of the U.S.A. Patriot Act.

Fabrication or misrepresentation of intelligence data on terrorism, (WMD in
Iraq), is a FELONY CLASS violation of the U.S.A. Patriot Act.

The Law - H. R. 3162 - U.S.A. Patriot Act TITLE VIII-STRENGTHENING THE
CRIMINAL LAWS AGAINST TERRORISM

SEC. 801. TERRORIST ATTACKS AND OTHER ACTS OF VIOLENCE AGAINST MASS
TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS.

... conveys or causes to be conveyed false information, knowing the
information to be false,concerning an attempt or alleged attempt being made
or to be made,to do any act which would be a crime prohibited by this
subsection ...

Prosecute bush with FELONY charges as provided for in the Patriot Act.

Force Bushs lawyers to attack the Patriot Act in his defence.

Only the destruction of the Patriot Act in a court of law would provide
relief to bush.

The damage done to Bush and his Cabal and the Patriot Act by using this law
against its creators will be immeasurable.

If we rid ourselves of Bush and the Patriot Act remains, the next President
would be tempted to ascend the ladder of TYRANNY with the Patriot Act.

I assert that destroying the Patriot Act is more important than getting rid
of bush.

youngwithafuture is RIGHT - these issues have to be raised IN a court ON
the record.... two ways - confront directly the fraud and
unconstitutionality of the process they are operating, OR, as this article
states, USE IT against them and raise the issues on the record that way....

FULL DISCLOSURE is the only solution to all the lies and deception, and the
people, seeing the nature of the evil, dissolve it in the light of truth.
We STOP compromising with any of it, stop sending them money to enslave
us..... we have to restore constitutional judicial process and it happens IN
the courtroom not in some parallel forum.... has to be sworn testimony,
fully public, nothing hidden anymore....

TURNING IT BACK ON THEM IS ONE OF THE BEST WAYS TO EXPOSE THE CRIMINALS IN
BLACK ROBES AND PUBLIC OFFICES....

It WILL come out clear as sunlight when the poeple see the vipers refusing
the same process they are using on us.....
